Maghull Town Council is looking to recruit to the following role

 Maintenance Officer
Grade 5
£19,698 per annum
37 Hours Per Week

 

Maghull Town Council is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who will maintenance and enhance council assets including buildings, play equipment and grounds maintenance machinery.

Within this role, the successful individual will be expected to maintain council assets such as town hall, bowling pavilions, playground equipment and changing facilities, in addition to supporting our already appointed Maintenance Officer in the maintenance of grounds maintenance equipment such as ride on mowers, pedestrian mowers and chainsaws.

Knowledge and experience of mechanics, plumbing and/or electrical works would be beneficial in this role in light of it being varied and changeable.
