Maghull Town Council is saddened to learn of the passing of Cllr Matthew Lock last Friday.
Matt was a dedicated and conscientious Councillor who always strived to the best for his community, and he will be sadly missed.
On behalf of Councillors and Staff we would like to express our sincere and heartfelt condolences to his family and friends and, of course, to the community he so faithfully served.
