NOTICE OF VACANCY

1. Notice is given that a casual vacancy exists in the office of Councillor for Maghull Town Council. Councillor Denise Mullen has ceased to be a member of the council

 

2. A by-election will be held, if within 14 days (not counting a Saturday or Sunday, or a Bank Holiday) from the date below, ten electors for the said parish (or parish ward) give notice in writing claiming such an election to the Returning Officer.
